Its a breath of fresh air as a craft beer lover to find a spot specializing in traditional german styles and not just shoving overproduced mediocre IPAs down your throat. They make a mean pilsner and dunkel with a nice rotating fruit gose as well.The venue is also super pretty offering a fun trivia night.The soft pretzels are fantastic but it's also in a perfect spot with the New Haven food court next door which they let you order and bring into the brewery!

Really enjoyed this brewery. Large selection of beers. Tried the IPA and sour and both were very good. IPA was a little hazy and hoppy but mild. Large space with indoor and outdoor seating and a game garden. Was there on a weeknight so garden wasn’t open but looked fun. I was also there early so it looks empty in the photos but it got very busy later in the evening.

Very heavily lager and German style beer focused, which is fine - but don't expect much in the way of IPAs, pales, bitters, etc. Family friendly, if you like small children shrieking of a Tuesday night (8pm onwards).Avoid the "special" LUKR option: whilst you'll be told "all foam turns to beer", you'll get a pint that could've been pulled by one of the aforesaid small children (see the before and after: nothing drunk in-between!).Great logos/merch.

Great day at the East rock brewing's octoberfest. Loads of good beer, great food amazing games, ,contests and entertainment. The staff were so impressionable and giving off such a jovial vibe that made it difficult to even try to be unhappy. The smiles, the laughs the engagement were great. Keep up the good work with great beer and a welcoming environment

Highly recommend the Key Lime Kicker A fun place to hang out with friends and family or a date!You can bring your own food, they only have pretzels which are also good. They have board games and corn hole. You can also shop for souvenirs. One of the best breweries in CT! Cheers!

Enjoyed the atmosphere.Definitely one my top choice breweries to recommend.The brews were very satisfying, even thought the Lukr tower brew was an interesting experience.The games in the back were really fun, especially the corn hole of course!Always appreciate breweries that have a good selection of souvenirs.Thank you for the great experience!
Came here for trivia night and was so happy with the staff and drinks here. Trivia was difficult, but the competition was pretty strong! Super packed for a Thursday night :)
