Really annoying when you add notes to your delivery order and these workers can’t even get it right. I clearly asked for no pickles in my chicken sandwich and of course they don’t pay attention and add pickles. I am also missing an order of fries. I ordered TWO bacon cheese fries and one fries and they forget the fries order. They are $7 at that! Atleast for the price, give better service!!!!!!

My experience at shake shack in New Haven was fantastic due to my exceptional cashier Michelle. The service was amazing and helped to make my time with my grandchildren memorable.
I had a wonderful experience at shake shack in New Haven. The team moved fast to get all orders out. I ordered the double shack burger with bacon cheese fries and they were soo good. The burger was juicy still and the fries were extra crispy just like I asked. There was a minor hiccup with my shake but this lady Niyonna fixed everything for me. Letting me know that they were very sorry for the inconvenience and had them remake it to satisfy me and threw in a free shake voucher for my next order there. The hospitality was great and I will be back to order there again

The food was great well cooked and everything. The service wasn't good The workers are rude and act unprofessional. One of the workers were talking to their friend I was waiting for my food it was ready I asked how much more minutes I was in a hurry and they gave me a attitude look and and kept looking me up and down and didn't answer my question. The atmosphere is very clean

Ordered off the website. Arrived, told them my name, and was told to wait. They never called my name. 15 minutes later, I again checked in, and was handed a bag of cold cheese fries and hot dog. No respect for my time, never going back.
Edit: ordered the crispy onion cheese dog, onions were soggy, and no cheese.
