The service at their New Haven location was terrible today. At 12:30 p.m., I called to order 20 empanadas to be picked up at around 5 p.m. I called again at 3:30 p.m. to see if I can pick up the empanadas at 5:30 p.m. but was told that they never received my order. I told them that my account has already been charged and if they can still make the empanadas. They said no. I then asked for a refund to which they refused.
I will not be supporting this business any longer.
Tried this place earlier today. My daughter bought me back a pulled chicken Arepa with Rice, Queso and the Garlic Crema. Wow it was so good definitely will be going myself.
