We had EST Pizza Truck for our wedding rehearsal and they were amazing! They made so many pizzas, and so many different flavors which were all a hit. The coffee and fro-yo after was delicious as well. All our guests loved it!

We just used Est Pizza for my daughters graduation party. They did a fantastic job. All the workers were very pleasant, the pizza was delicious. Great amount of variety! The frozen yogurt was the best frozen I ever had. I highly recommend using Est Pizza for you next event.

We used Est Pizza Truck for a graduation party and I can not say enough great things about it. From the start, the staff was so accommodating (change of dates, gluten free options) and they continued to impress us as time went on. At the party, they set up quickly, entertained all our guests and made countless of pizzas - all different toppings. We had many guests who had dietary restrictions and they made sure to make each person their own pizza. Other guests took advantage of this and even ordered their own ideal pizza and the staff was happy to make it! I am not exaggerating the staff made over 25 different kinds of pizza. In addition, the frozen yogurt and cappuccino was a smashing success. The staff had wonderful personalities, were hard working and left a smile on each of our guests faces. After previously using other pizza trucks from CT, we can now say Est is the Best!!

Thank you Gabriel and the boys who cooked up some amazing pies for my sons graduation party! What a hit! This pizza was fabulous from the margarita, buffalo chicken and especially the shrimp pesto and mashed potato bacon — all New Haven style, thin crust pies!
They also offered amazing fresh brewed cappuccino and espresso. To add to that they made a Nutella pizza with various toppings and gelato which the kids loved!
They even took the time to talk to my nephew about his egg, nut and shell fish allergies and made the very first pizza specifically for him to enjoy.
I would “highly” recommend them for anyone ones party. Mangia!
