This place is a hidden gem. The bar is below the street- feels like you’re walking into a secret place. Really fun to surprise a friend or bring a date.
I often go there to listen to vinyl (they always have a rotating ensemble of fun DJs) and get a cocktail. Once in a while I get their food which I really recommend- I love their vegetarian shawarma. Get it!

They make some of the tastiest and most creative dishes using Yuba that I've had. It's decadent to have a meal of small plates with great drinks and then catch a set in an intimate setting upstairs. Music is always great in the bar too.

This is a very delayed review as I visited over the summer. Our party of 4 visited on an early Saturday evening and was able to be seated right away. The vibe is very much dark and moody. They were setting up for what looked like a guest DJ of sorts? Once the DJ started their music, it was VERY loud which was a little disappointing.
We didn't try any of the food. We did try some of the cocktails though and...
