This place is a food truck in a long row of food trucks. The food is okay. It's nothing great. In fact the chicken fingers or chicken pieces that I ordered were too well done. And were rather bland. But I must say, there's about 10 to 15 food trucks there and they're all owned and staffed by Latino immigrants. And I tell you I have to give them credit because they're all they're working, it was excessively hot outside and it must have been brutally hot in those trucks with those grills running. Yet they were in there working running around, everything coming out fast. So in that regard, I must say that was impressive. And it seems like it's the type of business that if you take the food safety class, and get the truck and learn how to operate a short order grill, there's really no reason why more people can't be doing this. Especially people that are complaining about an inability to earn a living. A couple of people can get together, combine their money, and get a little business going. Yeah it's tough in the beginning. You might have to sleep in the truck in the beginning but get the thing going, get it off the ground. Anyway, that discussion is for another day

Super tasty food trucks lined up right next to the ocean. You can get burgers and fries to your favorite home style cooked Mexican, Puerto Rican, and Cuban food just like your grandparents made/make it..!! Can't get much better authentic food even at a restaurant. Food trucks truly do bring out the culture in every bite you take regardless of what you order because it all tastes amazing and your toughest decision will be what to order since you can't go wrong 🔥🔥🔥
