This place fell way off. Deluxe cookies are smaller and the ones I recieved were over baked, hard and crunchy. Mad I raved about this place to my kids boasting how they were better than Crumbl. Made me look like a fool. Wasted $35 dollars on cookies that were no better than some Stop n Shop baked cookies. Horrible, just horrible.

My husband purchased 6 cookies from the insomnia cookie store on 240 collage street in new haven on 5/16/2025. Whe he got home i took a cookie and while eating it found a blonde long strain of hair. I called the store to report my findings and the manager was very rude and arrogant to me stating it was impossible and no hair is in the cookie. My husband brought the cookies back to the store and showed the manager the hair that was in the cookie. She replaced the cookie with the hair but the customer service and attitude has left a really bad taste in my mouth. I will never order from them again.

First time ordering my order was stolen and the lady at the front counter told me she couldn’t do anything about it and just hung up in my face if you are disabled like me and work from home DO NOT ORDER lazy and rude staff.

i ordered my cookies around 11 and they didn’t get there until 12:30. the cookie tracker was a horrible way of knowing when they were going to get to me. when they did get here, the cookies were wrong and they were cold. no apologies of why it took so long and no communication from the store.
