I'm not a huge cookie person but these were great! They were crispy with a satisfying chew.
Wish they had more vegan options that didn't include chocolate. The birthday cake was my favorite of the ones they had.
Pricing seems a little high for cookies that don't maintain size consistency.

I order a six pack of cookies from DoorDash and they said it would take 55 mins, and I didn’t want to wait that long, but they wouldn’t give me a refund so I waited the time. Afterward, they didn’t arrive after an hour so I called the store and they told me there was nothing they could do and to keep waiting, this is ridiculous.

I loooooooove Insomnia Cookie!!! They've been around for yrs! I love that they stay open late for those late night cravings. The sugar cookie is top tier and their chocolate chip comes in 2nd. I used to love their oatmeal raisin cookie but it taste like they adjusted the recipe and added more raisins which I normally spit out. I highly recommend this spot

New haven location at 12:30 am manager has no knowledge or customer service experience. I will never ordered there again fir cold cookies. No call or knock on door, just put my cookies on the ground. I called to complain, bring them back for fresh cookies, she called aggressive for telling her that. I asked to see when did she call, she said im not showing you that, thats because no one did. I asked for the manager name, she said I'm not giving you my name. Im doubting she was the manager. Make your own cookies, not worth the money

My cookie barely could keep itself together. Almost dropped it. Can't hold it with your fingers. Seemed to be made mostly of butter and tasted like it too. Not impressed in the slightest.
