Amazing food. Got me some stewed chicken with rice and peas. Rice n peas wasn't dry, wasn't saggy, it was just rice. That fall off the bone stew chicken brought me back home. Compliments to the chef!
Ive tried many jamaican spots not only in new haven but many other towns in CT aswell. Island Spice 🏝️ has the best Jamaican food in Connecticut.

Authentic Jamaican food. Originally being from the islands and living in Brooklyn, a foodie paradise, I must say the food was very tasty. I recommend this spot for anyone that wants a taste of Jamaican cuisine visiting or living in the Savanna area.
