They are rude, but the food is good.
Every time I order i get a different recipe dry garlic chicken and I always asked for extra sauce and my chicken is always dry, I'm paraplegic so I have to pay someone go for me, just to have them not follow my order directions, once is understandable but 4 times means I have to stop patronizing them. Sorry Not Sorry 😐 🤷, cant call them no number ???
I'm surprised at ratings. The ribs were good, not great. Probably could have had little more flavor but they were not greasy. Rice and shrimp roll ingredients were fresh and again, not greasy with decent flavor. I didn't feel sick after eating like most Chinese places that are greasy . I ordered from Doordash

Based on reviews, New Shang Hai Chinese Restaurant offers good, tasty, warm, and fresh food. The ribs were good, not greasy, and the rice and shrimp roll ingredients were fresh. The Moo goo gai pan and house special fried rice were excellent, and the eggroll was very good. It is considered the best Chinese food in the city. However, some customers felt rushed when ordering and noted the portion size was small, with no egg roll or drink included.
