We arrived at 8:12 pm, the hours online say 9 pm for closing time. We walked in and were greeted coldly. One of the staff members said, "we are closed, but we will make you a drink to go" and when we had replied we did not realize because the hours online said 9 pm closing, we were informed the schedule changes according to "the student's breaks." We are not Yale University students and would not know this. We really like their drinks but are now turned off from supporting this establishment

There espresso-soda (espresso with sprinkling water) is fantastic!

Great atmosphere and vibe -- but be aware, the WIFI is OFTEN not working which makes it really difficult to do work here!! I would love to come here more often but normally avoid it when I know I need my laptop.

Very cozy place to do work or read, with a good cappuccino to boot. The hot chocolate is very rich and delicious!

Great coffee and chai lattes. Good spot to hangout with friends, or do some work. The hours are nice and seating are abundant.

Sadly went from being very excited to very disappointed with our first we experience at Jojo's. Ordered a jasmine tea and their hot mango ginger-lemon tea that was advertised. Waited easily 15-20 minutes. Once it was out, we noticed one was our tea but the other was a smoothie. We addressed it and they made the tea but never adjusted the price or offered to make it up to us. At least offer us the smoothie you just made accidentally that was the "frozen" version of what was it'd ordered. For someone who works in the service industry, I was less than impressed and don't plan to return.

Horrible service. Went there with my toddlers and old lady made it big deal because my 2 daughter was standing on the chair. Never will go away.

Pretty quite and I like it!

Cozy spot for a break, studying it getting some work done on a laptop
The Asian lady almost made me cry today when she gave me attitude because I couldn’t understand her questions about my order. I also waited like 30 seconds of her standing at the counter in front of me reading through some rental agreement/contract before she took my order. The macha latte was delicious but the asian lady was not as savory.

Great Latte, laid back, decent wifi

Is a nice place. But staff not so friendly or helpful. Ordered tea here the lady put way to much honey in it and I could not drink. Asked the lady remake it but she did not want to. Had to throw the tea away. $4 wasted and I will not be going back.

Upon walking in, it took about 5 minutes until I was greeted and asked for my order. Mind you, someone was behind the counter.. a nice "hello, I'll be right with you" would be nice. I ordered a caramel latte, it was okay. Had a bit of a burnt taste, but I'm not sure if that's the kind of syrup they use or what. Would likely try again and hope for a better experience.
