Karaoke Heroes is finally open again. The landlord did an illegal eviction/lockout to attempt to get more $$$ from a spa which ended up in court. This process started in July. So happy to have the doors open again! Ton of new songs!! See everyone down there soon :)

Five stars for Andy who I just saw on Billy on the Street. If only this place was still open, I would travel to New Haven to check it out.

Karaoke Heroes has been permanently closed for months. I enjoyed going here time to time. However they haven't indicated this on their social sites. They should list it as such so people don't waste trips to this spot.

Loved this place, even after it apparently changed ownership, but now we're here (7/27/19) and the doors are locked & the sign is off... Bar next store said ot's been closed for a few days. Don't come down before calling or something to make sure they're open, if they're ever open again.

It was really nice and chill but the bathrooms were beyond disgusting. If the bathroom were at least clean it would be way better. It smelled so bad and spots of old urine horrendous.

Bit of a dive with minimal drinks choices and decor , but that is not what you came here for !
Needs a bit more structure and staff seemed to act aloof. Smaller than then pictures let on. On this particular night, there was a sizable group of people who were intoxicated that made the experience different than it could have been. Did not try the private rooms.

Over crowded. Fast paced. Loud. Takes forEVER to finally get a song in and when it comes up you cant find the mic cuz its floating around. Then others sing your song and youre forced to sing songs with strangers.

I was so excited to go to this place for the first time. I wanted to rent a private room for my birthday. I sent an inquiry message through the company website. They emailed me back, asking me to text a number to go over some of the details. I texted this number and...nothing. A couple days later, I tried texting again. Still, nothing. I went back to the website to find the company's phone number to call - same number as the one I texted. I called and THE VOICEMAIL WAS FULL. How do you run a business when no one can leave a voicemail? I am so aggravated. I was willing to give this place my money, but not now! What a terrible way to run a business. Ridiculously unprofessional. Thanks for wasting my time, Karaoke Heroes!

Great Vibes With The Right People, Great Drinks ( Stronger Than Most Places Downtown Newhaven ) I Suggest Pregaming With The Cree Here. it's Definitely A Great Vibe To Kick Back And Act 14 Again With The Squad. I Gave It Four Stars Only Because: 1 GREAT DRINKS But I Paid 36 Before Tipping For 2 Sex On The Beaches And 3 Small Shots Of Pineapple Vodka. But Again, The Drinks Are A lot Stronger Than Anywhere In Newhaven & Definitely Isn't Watered Down 2 From The Pictures On Yelp I Expected A Karaoke Super Hero Themed Bar ( ??? ) I'm Thinking They Went Away With The Superhero's Theme And Just Stuck To Basic Karaoke.. Which Is Cool But I Expected To Be Able To Get Great Footage For My Blog. Either Way It's A Vibe, I Sat And Spoke With The Manager Who Was Behind The Bar For Awhile And He Was Cool As Hell Even Thru In Some Songs In For Free. Overall The Vibe Was Great With My Friends & I Strongly Suggest This As A Pre-Gaming Spot !!!

I picked a song at the very beginning of the night and never got picked to sing. All of my friends who picked after me went up as well as the same people who sang 3 or 4 different times. Surprised any kind of inspector lets them get away with how gross the bathrooms are.
