It’s an ok stop if you’re desperate, but definitely not worth a trip. The baked goods were dull and bland-good enough to eat but nothing worth remembering.

Absolutely the best bakery and cafe in the area. If you want excellent baked goods and coffee, come here. The owner is committed to the growth and development of young kids and core community values. The company and the treats make me and my colleagues come back! My kids love it - community service for all!

I'm a Katalina's regular! They have wonderful vegan cupcakes/brownies and the owner and employees are even sweeter than their treats. Great place to meet with friends, do a little work, or just stop by for a latte and quick pick-me-up.

The cupcakes were sad little sponges, the coffe was a tragedy in a cup. And the owner had the personality of a soggy napkin. This place doesn’t bake it actively ruins mornings

Extremely rude owner of this establishment. I’ve heard terrible things from other small bakers & people that have worked for her about her behavior towards them recently at a community gathering and she doesn’t care about community … wants to be the only one running things in New Haven and is extremely competitive even for new comers.. IVE been here for 13 years and support everyone. Will no longer be supporting this bakery.

Stale vibes all around. The coffee tasted like it had been reheated one too many times, and the cupcake was dry, overly sweet, and far from fresh. If you're chasing flavor or quality, this isn’t the stop.

Was here a few weeks ago and got some cupcakes, but they were so hard and burnt on the edges. Best to go somewhere else like Claire's Cornercopia.

Extremely friendly service, pleasant, relaxed atmosphere, and absolutely delicious baked goods. They have a great variety of cupcakes, desserts, and pastries, and many options for special diets. Try to leave with out trying something-- everything looks and smells so good, it's impossible! The coffee was delicious, too.

The coffee was disappointing. Very weak, barely any flavor. If it is actually Stumptown coffee then they need to add more to the pot! I have had Stumptown for many years ,it is good coffee. They did not do it justice. The chocolate chi
p cookie was crispy/ hard. Maybe that is how some people like them. I prefer chewy.
Nice atmosphere in the place though.

I paid $4 for a small cupcake that was very dry and stale. Save your money and go somewhere else.
