i am always impressed by this whale tea! it’s a popular spot for a reason (i love the signature milk tea), and even during their busiest rushes, the staff handles them very well. they always make sure you are taken care of and are incredibly nice and helpful. it’s always a great experience!
I’ve been many times and they have such good boba prob best in new haven, unfortunately today I waited over 30 min for my drink 😔I know they were rlly busy and had a lot going on but I saw my drink getting skipped in the line and ppl getting their drinks before me who came in after 🥲 but the free chips made up for itttt such kind workers here!!!
Spectacular. Everyone was so nice and helpful— definitely recommend!
