I just had a vegan carrot cake cupcake. How in the world that was vegan, I just don't know. It was fantastic. One of the best carrot cake cupcakes I've had - vegan or not!
I stopped in with my son on a cloudy June morning and had a chai latte and a raspberry oatmeal bar. Maria was so friendly and warm that I ended up staying and chatting for an hour or two. Delicious baked goods and amazing staff!
