Absolutely delicious! Wonderful food, drinks, and atmosphere. The margarita pizza was GREAT. I can’t wait to return to try out more items on the menu next time I’m in New Haven.
It was very loud. Like almost nightclub noise level. There was not an ADA entrance so that was a bummer. Beautiful space though. The bruschetta on the menu is not bruschetta...it's just cheese bread. We had two risotto dishes and they were good. I don't think they were worth the price point but good nonetheless. Do not order notorious PIG drink. Tastes like something a college kid would make with leftover stuff in the fridge. Definitely a place for a young crowd or group to share pizza, eta.
amazing, the service was beyond amazing my server Alyssa was incredibly personable, charismatic and easy to talk to. She is the epitome of what a good server is! Other than that the food was amazing, the portion sizes are great here, I got the rigatoni with bolognese and let me say it was delicious and I am stuffed for the next 2-4 buisness days with some left overs! amazing pasta, amazing drinks 10/10 i recommend ?

Interesting little place in New Haven. Unique inside with a bank vault storing wine. Attentive servers and great menu. The four of us each enjoyed our different dishes of meat lovers pizza, gluten free pasta w shrimp, seared salmon and steak salad.
Drinks were also good and well made.
Biggest complaint is the noise level. The music speaker sounded blown with much humming and crackle for all bass noise and then as the place filled from 6:15-8 pm it became too noisy to hear people next to me.
We eventually left and sat outside to visit. Might dine here again but won’t go on a Friday or during peak dining.

We had a great meal, risotto and my wife had homemade ricotta macaroni delicious. The meatballs (apps) are the best I ever had and I'm Ittalion.
Bartender Chris very accommodating, gave us a token for a drink at their sister establishment. Our waitress was personable and kind.
The whole experience was unbelievable for my wife and I,will most definitely be back.

I never leave reviews, but this was a very bad experience. All three of us were sick after we ate. The food was terrible and when I went downstairs downstairs to go to the bathroom, it was absolutely filthy. Would not recommend.
Service was excellent, very attentive and quick. Food was divine, we had the sausage risotto and rigatoni alla vodka which were both in large portions (we took home leftovers!), and very filling. The tiramisu was to die for!

We used Olives and Oil for our rehearsal dinner. From the quick responses to emails on early mornings to the day of, they did not miss a beat. Brittney was fantastic scheduling and making the process so easy. The food was amazing. There was so much food, we probably could have gotten away with just apps, but we did the party menu that included apps and entrees. The chicken parm was so juicy and delicious. The meatball bites were to die for. With 22 people present, you couldn’t beat the price per person but to have such an amazing experience and such great servers who were on top of every need of each guest. We will be back to New Haven just to eat at Olives and Oil.

Everything we got were delicious: meatballs, arrancini, Brussels sprouts with bacon, fried calamari and the bolognese. The portions were on the large side. With so many appetizers, we only ordered one entree and the pasta was served on two plates for our convenience. Our server Abigail was friendly and knowledgeable.
