We were first time diners at Pacifico and will definitely be returning. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Our server Xiomar was polite, attentive and efficient. Everything was delicious and some in our party had specialty drinks they enjoyed. We will be back. Thank you for a great evening.
Truly extraordinary service, atmosphere, and delicious Tapas!
Thank you shout out from Maria who warmly and personably answered my call and let me know there is a selection of Gluten Free optionsβto special shout out to Dafne our server extraordinaire! We were warmly greeted from the minute we walked in the door. We were delighted by the selection and fresh quality of food. Will definitely be back! Pacifico was highly recommended by a friend who used to live in the area. Itβs not possible to give this restaurant a πππππππππππππππ on the review app but I was able to add here!!! Enjoy!!!

New Years Eve meal and the potential for a great tip was there....but our waitress ignored us. Someone from wait staff brought us our dessert...and no cutlery. Five minutes later, my husband raided an adjacent table for forks. Left a $20 for a $180 tab...and that was generous.
My wife had paella and loved it; I had skirt steak and it was delicious. Ambience was nice, we were able to talk without a lot of background noise, service was good except that a salad that we shared was served in one bowl (at a good restaurant, they would have divided it and served it on two plates, there was no utensil to serve the salad with, and when coffee came, no spoon was provided.
We were surprised it wasn't busy for a Christmas Eve, but it was great to be in a quiet place where we could easily hear our conversation. Our server was great, very responsive. The meal was cooked well--Salmon, Chicken, and a seafood medley, respectively, with guac and chicharrones to start. The guac was not your typical guac, i.e., more other ingredients than avocado, I think, but okay. I wouldn't get it again, though. The one thing I'd say that the restaurant could improve on is timing. Two meals of three were served, with the third person's meal coming a full five minutes after the first two were served. Word to the kitchen and mgt: serve all guests at the same time! If one meal isn't ready, don't serve the others. Two of our party watched their food cool down while they waited for the third person's dinner to arrive. Just common sense. The food was "good" but I won't say "excellent," and the cost for sure did not match the quality.
Very, very good and different food. Everything was delicious - from appetizers to desserts. great night!
Stopped here for a quick lunch before a matinee at the Shubert. The waiter, David, was very accommodating, understanding our time crunch. The food was also very good!

I have been to Pacifico numerous times and it never disappoints. This time we shared a number of appetizers rather than ordering traditional entrees. Cerviche, arepas and more. They were all delicious! Although they were crowded with pre-theatre guests (with time constraints) and holiday revelers, the service was very pleasant and efficient. You can be confident in recommending.
Good food definitely will go back . The chocolate fondue desert looked delicious we didn't have time for desert as we were going to a show
We went for a dinner of 5, all grown-ups. Glasses of wine and food were nice. The staff who helped our table was awesome. We really enjoyed our time there.

Made reservations for restaurant week on a rainy Sunday. Had the pre-fixed 3 course meal. The tuna ceviche was an excellent first course. I had the skirt steak with chimichurri and side of crispy roasted baby potatoes. Skirt steak medium rare was perfect and juicy. The main course was a little small for my liking (but it was pre-fixed for restaurant week). Ended it with a tres leches rice pudding...DELICIOUS! The service was amazing. If you drive into the restaurant, park across the street and they will validate your parking (after 4pm) but will not validate the parking lot behind the restaurant. Overall, a great experience!
Enjoyed a peaceful lunch while uplifting music played softly in the background. The shrimp chowder was truly comforting, with a velvety base and just the right amount of shrimp to savor. I also tried the shrimp and crab enchilada, which was satisfying and well-portioned. The establishment features a spacious bar with a good selection of drinks, and they offer a happy hour to unwind. Being in New Haven, parking costs are something to keep in mind. Overall, it was a lovely and relaxing experience.

Always a good time at this casual eatery in the Yale area, seems a favorite of students and teachers. I was there for the restaurant week special menu at the set price of 45.00 and found it to be wonderful. Corn shrimp chowder was great, the roast pork with mashed potatoes delicious and the rice pudding creamy and luscious. Always a good time and I look forward to coming back. Oh! And good drinks too! It's very important to have a bartender get a drink right as it sets the tone for the rest of the visit. We had vodka cocktails and a margarita and all were just right!, not weak but not overdone either. Thank you!
