It is too bad these comments about customer service are so offensive. Pizza and other menu items are outstanding. I really hope these comments will not affect their business because this restaurant has been in business for 75 years with only family owners and their entire menu, what ever you decide getting is wonderful. Hopefully the owner will put a stop to this problem. Call him and ask to speak to the owner
If i could give a zero i would , absolutely the worst customer service i have ever experienced. This was my first experience with them and i called to find out if they deliver, was told no and then hung up on in my face while asking another question. When i called back a second time the man pretended not to understand me and hung up in my face again. I called a third time asking for a manager and explained im a first time customer and I'm not aware of what they offer with no menu...read full review
Pizza House is one of the best Pizza n New Haven !!!!! Growing up buying taking out as well eating there would recommend it to others Meanin they get my five stars n Plus. !!!!!!
