Everything I have tried so far has been absolutely fresh and delicious. Tonight I had Sudanese Falafel. I paired it with yogurt dill dipping sauce, lemon couscous and sliced organic mini tomatoes with cracked sea salt, EVOO and fig infused balsamic vinegar. Absolutely wonderful.

I highly recommend checking out Sanctuary Kitchen and their offerings. The ingredients tasted fresh and I loved that each of the menu items were seasoned in a way that reflected the culture of the chef (I tried their Sudanese falafel and it tasted different from any falafel I've ever had).
