You can sit and work loudly without the fear of disturbing other people. Plug available around the last desk. Inside is cold in summer for us with the AC.

Made my coffee and food purchase and then asked for the restroom code. By the time I went, the code they shared wasn't working. I went back and asked them why the code wasn't working and they said the restroom closes for cleaning. Which (1) they didn't seem bothered to explain when giving me the code (2) didn't seem to care that someone, who had already purchased from their store, couldn't use the restroom (3) overall had a poor attitude and wouldn't even make eye contact when talking. They explained that the restrooms close at some point in the day for cleaning - which, for them, was to close it a random 47 minutes before their closing time.
Seems like this is par for the course for this Starbucks location. And is likely not going to change as it's close to the university and will get business no matter how poorly they behave with their customers.

Slowest and most disrespectful Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The employees will literally stand around giggling with each other and not make the drinks even when there aren’t that many customers.
Big place, always busy but easy to talk. Liked the atmosphere. Stays open longer than most of nearby places. Service is good

I just stopped by 10 mins ago & the young lady that works at this establishment was extremely rude did not follow instructions & when we told her about our order being wrong she came off as if it was our fault. We didn’t feel welcomed from start. 0/10 experience.

The wait times are slow but customer service is excellent. I ordered a pup cup a few minutes before closing, and the staff went into the back to find a smaller cup (I have a chihuahua) and were very patient and professional. I thought it was adorable that they put my dog’s name on the sticker for the order.
This is the only closest Starbucks in my area. Needless to say, it’s the only one I am stuck using time and time again regardless of how wrong they get my orders. I do not typically make complaints when they get something wrong since I see how busy they are. However, when I order online, in a timely manner, and for them to still get my order wrong is absolutely ridiculous. I always order the same thing; iced shaken espresso with light ice, sometimes with cold foam. Please see attached images and make your own assumption.

Very rude and weird staff, how the hell are you in a customer service job but can’t 1) greet a customer 2) with a smile 3) get annoyed if we ask you a question. that’s the bare minimum. If you don’t like people don’t let it out on polite customers by smiling and barking orders as if WE work for YOU

Went on the morning of may 14th the rude lady was screaming “Clear the walk aisle” but loud and rude. Even when people were asking questions about orders.

Starbucks no longer has much of a cost to value benefit for the consumer. Their lattes don't taste as good, and the price is just as high as a local coffee shop.

I accidentally spilled a drink. I could had a bad mood all the day, but the kind Starbucks stuff made me another one and they are really friendly. I love them!
