Subway in New Haven

“Never had a problem with subway, pretty good “food” the employee is nice and never gotten my order wrong, always clean.
Would come here for a dinner to take home would definitely recommend to a friend or family member.

Kid-friendliness: Very clean place if you have kids and they want a bag of chips or a juice subway has a nice spot to sit inside the store and is very clean. 👍“

“I have recently visited Subway and had a really positive experience. The rotisserie chicken was tender and flavorful, and the tuna fish was delicious, making for a satisfying meal. The male employee who served me was exceptionally friendly and efficient, enhancing the overall experience. The ambiance of the place was also welcoming and positive. “I usually go this Subway once a week, well I recently found out there was one closer to our home so I tried to go to them. #1 I was lied to about the time they close and didn't get anything to eat and #2 the girl making the sandwiches was rude and refused business when they were still open for an hour. Bad for business. I should have never tried a different location because this location always does a great job (I'm aware that my order is annoying because I'm super particular and they never complain). They also close at the correct time that's advertised which is 10pm. I usually write a review for every business I go to and I should have wrote one sooner but never did. Being lied to by the other store on whalley, closer to Amity, made me realize how much I appreciate this store!“

“First, if youre a student at SCSU you get 10% off your order & a free cookie. Even though there is a Subway closer to my house, I go out of my way to go here. Alton is the BEST! He is the only employee who is always smiling, always has an upbeat attitude, and he makes the best subs! He actually takes time to make the sandwhich perfect. “This subway is on the way to work for me so I stop by as often as I can. This outlet specifically has earned my trust. The person who prepared my subs specially checked that the protein she was adding was fresh, and trashed what was suspected to have gone bad rather than risking my health. This is rare for any fast food place (I would not have found out it was bad until later), and this outlet deserves all the praise in the world for prioritizing consumer health over the small one-time cost.“
