I really appreciate this Subway. The store is clean, & the current employees are always attentive to my preferences, and are eager to be of assistance. I recently needed help with getting my order with the online promotion, & an employee gracefully walked me through the steps. Thank you for your continued graceful consistency!

Subway on Whalley Ave stands out for its exceptional customer service, with one staff member going above and beyond even during busy times. The churros and cookies are recommended, always prepared perfectly. Despite being understaffed, the team is polite and accommodating. Vegetarian options function well, and the restaurant is kid-friendly with convenient parking. Access for wheelchair users is functional, and dietary restrictions can be accommodated.
