I order over doordash I simply put up there I did not want onions tomatoes or any of the other stuff I called and talked to the manager China which she was disrespectful as hell this is not the first time I bumped into China being disrespectful when is this plan on changing like where's the head manager in charge this store is really going to hell information I'm talking about the race store this is the store on whalley avenue next to the dollar store
Ordered DoorDash, said no ketchup, they put ketchup, extra lettuce, no lettuce. Nuggets were stale and cold. Didn’t answer phone when I called. Never eating or buying from them again.
Stopped to grab some food for ourselves and our kids before visiting the Peabody museum and it was absolutely not worth it. They didn't get our order correct, or so we thought due to the confusing menu ( we don't do Wendy's often). When we questioned it, they ignored us first and then argued with even after explaining we were visiting from out of town and had just arrived. They didn't even offer to correct it and we pay any difference. Needless to say, will not return to this...read full review
