Staff were nice enough, place is small and not busy, but the kicker is watching a lady make my food with one hand while holding the phone with the other and then transferring those germs from her phone onto the top of my bun as she pressed it down. She then celebrated doing it with one hand. Won’t be back but thanks for the fast service.

Rosa, the manager in the store treated as very good. The fool was good, only one thing was wrong. They didn't have no sugar at all for coffee. A multi-million dollar company like this should always have these condiments. Who failed to order.!!!!

Rosa and the whole staff were wonderful. Food was great and service was excellent. The whole staff treated us very good and we felt very welcome here. Only thing is corporate needs to start ordering sugar & whatever else is needed for the customer, Came out of pocket for sugar for the store, Not her fault, Corporate please order sugar next time!

It's 755am on a Thursday. I just ordered a sausage biscuit and a hot coffee and huntyyyyy it was the perfect breakfast. The sausage biscuit was hot and fresh. The sausage was so delicious and the biscuit was buttery was the perfect bite of crunch. My coffee was nice, hot, and creamy. Wendy's you never seem to disappoint me

Placed an online order for 2 son of baconators a regular baconator all with extra onions and a side of baconator fries got the food home and it was a plain fries and no bacon or onions on any of the burgers. This is the second time this place has messed with my food I will drive a few more minutes to a different location where I never have a problem.

Terrible customer service. Restaurant was empty and the lady made me wait 10 min to take my order. No suace for nuggets and a nasty attitude to back it up. Avoid this place at all cost. Disgusting to say the least. I cancelled my order and drove to East Haven instead which is 20 min further.

not only is the woman with the red hair rude she came up with such a bull excuse as to why they don’t wear gloves while handing the meat. i saw her workers without gloves touching the raw patties. the excuse was“it burns way worse with gloves on than with gloves off”firstly as someone who took culinary and food safety that’s bull. even chefs who wash their hands wear gloves to prevent any outside contaminates that can give the food harmful bacteria. so let’s say the gloves thing is correct right, why was it two other food handlers were wearing gloves handling the meat and the fries. :/ get her fired, need new management.On top of that the kiosks we’re down apparently, but someone had ordered food so he must have payed through the drive thru, i asked to do the same thing she said no you need a car. ? like what.
