Never had a problem with subway, pretty good “food” the employee is nice and never gotten my order wrong, always clean. Would come here for a dinner to take home would definitely recommend to a friend or family member.
Kid-friendliness: Very clean place if you have kids and they want a bag of chips or a juice subway has a nice spot to sit inside the store and is very clean. 👍

The spinach and lettuce is literally brown and rotted. Asked the rude server if he has more he said no. There’s no one in here but for some reason he’s rushing. And on top of that he’s wearing headphones so can’t hear what you’re saying. His name is Daniel.

BEST subway sandwich Ive ever had in my life.the bread was toasted to perfection.they toast the bread by itself and then once you add on your select type of cheese. (optional for roasting)the veggies are fresh as well as all other toppings.and can't forget the condiments!!I always get the Hot Italiano / spicy Italianowith shredded cheese - TOASTEDred onions (not all the time)banana peppers (not all the time)honey mustard & ranch!! BEST COMBO.if you like fresh delicious sandwiches or want to try something new, try my combo above! or anything of your choice at this store!!

The quality of several meats and vegetables are variable and sometimes very bad. Used to be you could just look at them and pick out what you wanted. Now they put up stickers to obscure the view of vegetables and a big metal cover do impossible to see low meat quality (is probably worse now).Gross, did not buy sandwich then and have not been back in months.
they dont take coupons. a 6 inch subway sandwich isnt worth 8 bucks bro? the coupon woulda made it 4 bucks but doesnt seem like any subway takes

During a recent trip to New Haven with a colleague and 30 of our students, there was a need to order lunch for our entire group and Subway seemed like an affordable option. My colleague and I contacted this Subway before arriving and once there, ordered 16 sandwiches each! This was an exhausting yet comical experience - especially in hindsight - and we would like to express a world of gratitude to Ruben and Daniel for their excellent customer service. They were extremely patient with us and even helped us load our Uber with the sandwiches, chips and beverages!
