Food was great. Huge portions, very flavorful. Had the jerk chicken, curry chicken and oxtail. Meat was very tender. They give a lot of rice vs cabbage so next time I'll ask for more cabbage. Definitely will be back. A lot of food for the price. Parking is tough, used lot of grand avenue.

I'm a little disappointed with the quality of food. I ordered oxtail with rice and peas, veggies and plantain. The plantains were good. The cabbage was over cooked. The rice and peas didn't have even peas. It tasted like it was burning then you just added more water to the pot now it's just soft rice with burnt flavor, no coconut milk in it, no scallion, or scotch. The oxtail was a bit salty but very tender. If you're waving the Jamaican flag do better

Placed order on Uber eats. Large oxtail, large jersey chicken and a medium jerk. Filled container with obscene amount of rice NO CABBAGE that was supposed to be included and small portion of meat. 2 forks for 3 meals. Flavor was ok but will not order from them again

Unfortunately the customer serice is completely horrible. I walk in, no goodafternoon, welcome to Sunday Dinner Everyday how can I help you. Pretty much the easiest customer service line there is. (TOO THE OWNER PLEASE TAKE NOTE) If you want to succeed in business especially retail, customer service is 70% of the key to your success. You have to think when opening a business, what can I do different then my competitors; Lets think, I can offer the best customer service, I can make sure my host has A TROPICAL COLORED shirt with her name and sunday dinnereveryday on it, hmm thats free marketing and it shows the customer that I'm professional and that I take pride in my business. These are basic steps to success. A word of advice, anyalize your customer reviews and correct those issues. You have been open a year already, your customer reviews shouldnt represent 60% customer service issues. If you want to be open another year, correct this quickly. Your average sales ticket is minimum $20, based on these reviews I would assume your customer traffic yields you about 25 to 45 customers daily. Based on those numbers that nets you about $900 a daily, your rent is most likley $2500 a month in that location. The oblective here is to make the rent in one day. As the owner you have to be thinking how do I increase the flow of my customer traffic which will directly increase cash flow. The awnser is a simple one! CUSTOMER SERVICE= RETENTION OF OLD CUSTOMERS=RECOMMENDATIONS TO NEW CUSTOMERS=$ TO THE OWNER STEP UP YOUR GAME, I WANT TO SEE YOU SUCCEED.
