If you are going to order from here , make sure you tell them you want it very mild . I ordered Tikka Masala without telling them anything and it came out tooooo spicy . Their naan is way too thick . Just FYI
Some of the best Indian food in New Haven! And the staff are very friendly and nice

The food was amazing ! I ordered some to take home. I passed this cute little “.diner” and I’m glad I did! The owner Dave was very accommodating as we visited while I was waiting for my take out order!

Had the worst food ever. They have very bad food at the buffet and the food was stale and not fresh. The worker was very rude with me when I was trying to explain him about the food. I don’t recommend anyone to visit this place.

They had stale food and the hospitality was really bad and they don’t even know how to talk with customers and I was totally disappointed and the food was not at all fresh.

Worst food I have ever had in Connecticut. The food was really bad I came for the buffet all the food item were not at all fresh and coming to deserts they are spoiled and rotten they have kept it directly to eat very bad hospitality. And the workers were very rude. And coming to the price it’s not worth it and too expensive for a buffet. I don’t at all suggest this place.

They allow substitution of ghee for a cooking oil instead of soybean oil, which they normally use, which I really appreciate.
Also, they food makes me feel energized instead of tired and heavy.

Best Indian food in New Haven - staff is so kind and helpful too! Will be back regularly.
Currently, it's the only Indian restaurant in New Haven that offers lunch buffet. The quality of the buffet has deteriorated over time. None of the main course dishes of the buffet were good. Goat meat was extremely dry and had no flavors. The chicken biryani looked stale. Kheer and gulab jamun were very good. Their service is also very nice.
I hope they improve the quality of the food they serve.

Had lunch buffet. All items were fresh and delicious. There was goat, chicken, biriyani, many vegeterian dishes too.
Friendly service.

This is the BEST Indian we have found. We drive 45 mins from Glastonbury for takeout. You won’t find more authentic cuisine.
