I ordered one carne Asada taco. The food portion was good. The taco was acceptable for $4. There are much better tacos within a very short walk. Read my reviews to find out more.

It was acceptable but there are so many other choices so close that are better for only a slightly higher price.
I ordered one carne Asada taco and the portion size was good $4 but with tax was $4.29 I give an extra star for service as they let me charge it to my credit card with no fees.
This place was the better of the two food trucks but if you want a good Taco with meat go to 21 Whitney Ave. A very short walk away and get two tacos for$9. If you want the best tacos in New Haven Country go to 167 Orange Street but for the best it will run you $6 to $8 per taco depending on the meat. This food truck has a lot of potential. The taste is good but they are not generous with portions. The chicken taco tasted average and had very little chicken. The burrito tasted good but barely had meat, hardly any refried beans; it was mostly rice. The carnitas and carne asada tacos tasted good and came with good portions.

The food is excellent!!! Coming from California I was worried there wouldn’t be any good Mexican food in Connecticut and I’m happy to be proven wrong BY THIS VERY TRUCK. Lovely service as well, the family that runs the truck is wonderful and always friendly. Going there always brightens my day. Their birria and consome is a revelation, the horchata is always yummy, but my fav order is the carne asada tacos!

My favorite place to eat tacos, burritos and Cemitas, I really recommend them excellent service and a rich flavor in the food 10/10

It's no bad only l eat the tacos...and smoothies the people are very friendly..

Birria tacos ???

The chicken cemita, the meat looks like breaded cardboard, had a taste as if the milanesa was overheated and the meat was tough, the meat was super thin and the tacos were cold.
