Ordered buffalo nuggets. They gave me regular. I asked to see the receipt, they charged me for buffalo nuggets. I asked for them, she said they dont do those anymore. I asked why they charged me for them, she said because i ordered them. I asked for my money back since they wouldnt give me what i paid for, they said they cant do that. i asked what they can offer me for the money i paid, they said nothing. Thats really shitty business and service.

Treymane was rude and disrespectful because I wanted to use the restroom before placing my order. The manager spilled a frosty in the middle of the floor and left it there and the next customer that came in the door almost slipped and fell. The whole staff was rude and unprofessional. Throw the staff and the whole establishment away

Janae at the second window who took my order was very rude, had a very mean face, never smiled once or said anything or have a nice a day after I told her. My 9 year old even noticed how mean she was and very poor customer service! Food was warm but definitely not fresh and had been sitting.

The order was screwed up. We didn’t get half of our food.. when I went back in to find out why my sandwich was made wrong I was told that’s how we make them here so apparently every other Wendy’s in the world makes a sandwich one way and they decide that they wanna add mustard, mayo, and tomatoes on a double stack and they also stated they didn’t care that we were missing food and I should have brought in a receipt when they never gave it to me in the drive-through Even after asking for it

First of all, the place's smell reeked of weed. We ordered to dine in, and they put the food in bags. We connected to the Wi-Fi, and it was slower than a snail! Lastly, I had to use the restroom, and the women's was clogged! I had to use the men's!! 1 star! Do not reccommend!!!
