Anytime that there is a new cashier at this location, they feel as if they know more than the customer (myself) and treat me as if it is my first time and I am unaware of what to expect. I asked for my usual teriyaki chicken dish with no veggies and received more vegetables than I have ever gotten. I am not a fan of the cabbage blend that you use and I find that it makes the entire meal watery. This is exactly what happened tonight. Please ask your new employees to take the time to listen to specific requests. I was really disappointed to find that cabbage stew would again be accompanying my teriyaki delight. =/

Rude customer service!! The woman in the front was just plain nasty! I believe she said her name is Vishna, (if that is her real name) tried to claim the manager wasn't there when I asked to speak to one and she couldn't refund my money. In the middle of ordering my food she turned around and started serving someone else and then started yelling orders at me. I decided to visit this restaurant since I attended the appetizer and dessert crawl, I will NEVER purchase food from here again. I asked for a refund before my food came out and the woman tried to ignore me and tell me it's not possible. Unacceptable and unprofessional, I will spread the word about my experience. Due to your rude service another business got my money. Treat your customers better!

Love, love, LOVE this place! They are always so fresh, fast and efficient. Whether I am ordering through DoorDash or any other app or directly within the store, they follow instructions and always make sure things are to your liking. The bento box portions are humongous too! You wonāt regret ordering from here.

I love this place. it's my first time , I'm so happy to find this place on Google maps. I'm from jamaica looking some food but I found yamasaki Teriyaki. I ordered the spice tuna rolls a chicken to box, I got some chicken dumplings , some amazing salad with and secret dressing. fresh lemonade with fresh lemon inside š, amazing . number spot to stop or grab and go. fast service, fun music š¶. I love this food š

It wouldnāt be an exaggeration to say Iāve been here over 100 times. You can get a chicken teriyaki for 10.72 including tax which comes loaded with chicken, vegetables, and your choice of rice or noodles. Literally the best deal in New Haven and the food is great.
