“i just wanted to shoutout Jake's Diner for their above and beyond customer service. i placed an order on door dash because I had knee surgery and its a rainy day. The door dash driver delivered me someone else order from a whole different place and then tried to blame it on the restaurant. when I called the restaurant they made me a whole new fresh order and even delivered it to me and they dont even deliver. That type of service is rare now a days. I will continue to support our local businesses. Thank you so much!“

“01.22.25 'Big Al's Reel Reviews' - Norm's Diner, Groton CT I finally got off of work🚒👨🏾🚒 after being in the Great City of New London for 3 days so I immediately made my way over the Goldstar Bridge and into the City of Groton where I dropped into a local breakfast spot called Norm's Diner. I wanted to find out if this spot was any good so I ordered Sausage Gravy over biscuits, a side of Grits and a cup of Coffee. The big question is, "Is this spot a great place 👍🏾 or is it a Dud 👎🏾?" Well... This place is Off the Hook!! The atmosphere and the service is amazing!! I was served a delicious meal and kept entertained at the same time!! The owner Steve is outrageously Fun and outgoing!! I had an amazing breakfast and experience at Norm's Diner!! Thank you👍🏾 Get your butt down there Right away!! “Our first time visit to the area and Mystic Diner was recommended. We enjoyed their breakfast several mornings. Clean, friendly, attentive staff, many selections, breakfast all day, reasonable prices. Lots of desserts but didn't try any. They have a take out window. If it looks like they're packed and long wait, go in anyway, the place is huge. It happened to us and there were plenty of tables/booths available.“

“I’m genuinely surprised at the amount of negative reviews. I ordered the ribeye with eggs and everything was cooked the way I wanted and the steak was really tender. My significant other also ordered a couple different big breakfast items and everything came out great. I was very pleasantly surprised. I didn’t mind the prices since everything exceeded my expectations for presentation and quality.“

“good morning NL at 5:45am i stop here to get breakfast i saw two blonde women get out their expensive luxury cars ..btw nice rides llady i se business is good..i waved good day to the lady in glasses..she threw me a look of disgust to sitting in my car og well! then it got real ugly i bad vision i used my flashlight to what time they open then the other lady came the door like a pitbull at me LOL thank the lord she didnt bite me on this lovely sunday then they call the police on me LOL so no french toast crispy home fries and the icing on cake she told me never come bacl thank god i has my tylenol with me LOL reporting in NL your food critic ..“
