Really cute spot right here in New London! My friends and I all had the tapas bao buns with either pork belly or shrimp. The bao was fresh and soft and the pork belly was seriously 10/10. I had the Coq au van with mashed potato and it is truly the most flavorful, comforting meal I have had in a LONG time. Cocktails were on point. The staff is so welcoming and the chef came out toward the end to chat with us. Cant wait to try their brunch!!

We went for Sunday brunch , it was cold out and we hoped for a hot cup of coffee or tea...this was a challenge. Our meals were mediocre at best. Service was tolerable. Not my taste in decor or atmosphere. If you are going to use clear chairs wipe them down...smeared with finger prints. Silverware was spotted. Just not a great experience. Not some place I would return to.

We first experienced Favorites Bistro Bar at Celebrate Mystic last month and finally made it there for dinner tonight. Great atmosphere, outstanding service and the food was amazing! From the warm rolls served with honey butter, festive drink menu and friendly, attentive service, Favorites Bistro Bar does not disappoint.
