My husband and I celebrated our 49th wedding anniversary at La Luna tonight. Service, food and atmosphere were wonderful. Diana, our server and bartender, was fantastic. I highly suggest La Luna in New London, CT so you can experience Diana's exceptional service. Diana made our evening a memory.

First time at La Luna in New London, I loved the experience, the service, and the delicious food. I would definitely recommend this Italian restaurant. Diego The owner was very polite and welcoming, and he even asked if we wanted pictures he kindly offered to take them for us. My favorite dessert was the limoncello.

Lunch was ok, dinner not good. It’s good if you get chicken parm or chicken Marsala, something simple. I ordered the Pasta La Luna and the lobster had brown parts and was way over cooked, not edible. And I could throw a stone from the hotel and hit a lobster in the river., but they serve awful frozen lobster. The drinks are cheap and the simple food is ok, exactly what you would expect from a hotel bar. Don’t waste your time or money on the dinner menu.

The restaurant has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, and the food is quite amazing. The lobster filled ravoli lunch was a culinary experience, with the flavors exploding in the taste buds! A definite return to try the other menu offerings...

There is nothing more satisfying than when you walk into a restaurant located right inside of your hotel, and you leave agreeing that it was one of the best meals all of you have ever had!!!! We arrived to La Luna at 5 PM on a Saturday night and from the staff, to the atmosphere, to the food, we give this place a 10/10 and that score does not come easy from US. My husband was in town for work so we made a little extended weekend out of it and we highly recommend this restaurant. I ordered off of the specials menu and had the gnocchi chicken soup as well as the lasagna special and I’m not exaggerating when I said it was the best lasagna I’ve ever had. The soup was delicious and could have been a meal all by itself. My husband ordered a chicken, sausage and pasta dish that he thoroughly enjoyed and my cousin ordered the filet of sol francaise special. All of our meals were outstanding but the real scene stealer were the garlic knots and pesto sauce they provide once you are seated. OMG! We will return to this Holiday Inn location because of the restaurant and the wonderful staff. Thank you La Luna!!!!!

I love when I’m surprised by amazing food in a location I would never expect. Amazing cold seafood salad that is in my top five meals. I drive two hours for this, it’s worth the trip!

I ordered and paid online and when I went to pick it up they told me that online orders weren’t working and I’d have to wait another 15 minutes. I wasn’t offered a seat or a breadstick for the inconvenience. When I picked up my food asparagus tasted unseasoned, crab cakes didn’t have a taste, potatoes were good, veal seemed rubbery, sauce was ok but didn’t have a strong masala flavor
