Smoothie was absolutely terrible. One star for that. I ordered the almond avocado with oat milk which they charged me an extra $1 for and there was no avocado at all. The almond was literal nuts that the blender didn’t puree so it just kept getting stuck in my teeth. My son loved the pastries he got.

Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian options but non labeled Vegan. A vegan could eat a bagel and hummus or a hummus sandwich. I do not recommend smoothies.

Muddy Waters is an absolute gem. Situated in New London by the water the atmosphere inside and out is amazing. Customer service 👍🏾 And the food is absolutely 💯! Did I say 💯! Yes 💯! Best Mediterranean tuna wrap that I have “EVER” tasted. My fav! Go check it out. You will not be disappointed.

Muddy Waters has been a local coffee/breakfast/lunch spot for it seems like forever. It was closed for more than a year after a fire and was sorely missed. We never grow tired of this spot, usually for breakfast, but occasional lunches. There is seating indoors and out, with a view of New London harbor. Well behaved pets are allowed on the deck and we take full advantage. Coffee here is supurb, food is yummy, and service is awesome. It's tiny so you may need to wait a short...
