I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of the manager during my recent visit. We attempted to pay for a $68 total with a older-style $100 bill, which she refused, claiming she did not have change. Furthermore, she was incredibly rude, had a terrible attitude, and openly used profanity while speaking about my family and me in Spanish. This level of disrespect from a management figure is completely unacceptable, and corporate needs to investigate this location immediately.

My food was hot and fresh. The service was good and I didn’t have to wait long to get my order. Thinking about eating here again for dinner tonight.

The customer service there is nonexistent. They are very inconsistent with the quality. Items are always missing from my order.

I use to purchase from here multiple times per week and I stopped because one night I ordered for pickup and when I got home my large fry was missing (this frequently happens but I always forget to complain). I went back the next day to purchase lunch and I notified them that the night before I didn't get an item from my order. The cashier had and attitude and told me that they cant do anything because I should have called or come back the same night. I complained and said this frequently happens and it is very frustrating. The cashier told me not to come back there. I haven't been back to their restaurant since.

Absolutely the worst Popeyes in America. Came here 3/25/26. Takes forever to get a response in the drive thru. And when she responded it's always the wrong order. So I repeat it several times, then silence...I say hello, she repeats the order. Then I say I need to add an item. Silence. I start to pull off, she rattles out the order and they never, ever give you a total. Get to the window and she proceeds to give me the total. Gives me the change and it's short 28 cents. She immediately gives an instant attitude. She says it's short because they don't have pennies. I said then round up and you aren't just short, you're 28 cents short. She starts yelling what's the big deal, it's only change. I said EXCUSE ME!! IT'S MY CHANGE. YOU DON'T SHORT THE CUSTOMER. THE BUSINESS NEEDS TO ROUND AND UP AND TAKE THE LOSS. She starts screaming, YOU CAN'T AFFORD IT! IT'S ONLY PENNIES. I SAID, AT YOUR BIG AGE, YOUR SERVING FAST FOOD, YOU DON'T KNOW MATH, AND CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH!!! And older hispanic female comes behind her and says to her shut up in Spanish. Then asks, whatchu want...a dollar? I said, I want the correct change don't be cheeky when you can barely add or speak English. They slam the window and proceed to talk trash. I let her know I will and did file a complaint with the department of consumer protection. They take theft seriously. Looked at my receipt and the rudest, nastiest cashier's name is Yonashka. And the health department needs to see the amount of trash in and around the building. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION! YOU WILL BE CHEATED AND THEIR NASTY ATTITUDES ARE BIGGER THAN THE FOOD PORTIONS.

As someone who has worked customer services for years one thing I cannot stand is bad customer service! I go to this location and have had this problem before but today just was horrible. The speaker was broken so I had to order at the window which is fine but when the lady at the window is wearing AirPods and not paying attention to me at all I’m going to have a problem, that’s insanely rude. I was asked to repeat myself over and over and even then I met her with patience and good manners, I even said thank you when receiving my food just for her to turn her back to me and walk away laughing with her coworker, we where the only people in line so it wasn’t busy there’s no excuse for this behavior, plus my wings where cold not even warm. Horrible service! Mid food! Outright disrespectful!

Upon arriving I enter and see the woman coming to help me and she has a tight mad mug
(face)
I say hi..may I help you…no smile, no warmth..frigid.. inside my body I said yikes.. had I not been so hungry from eating 2 places earlier and having both SUCK (Dunkin and Panera (Groton).. so I tell her what I want… wings , red beans and rice and biscuit.. I ask is the chicken (spicy) my preference HOT…. Yes she says…lie.. because when I returned to the car and started eating that warm, wimpy, nasty chicken, barely any beans and rice in that cup and those nasty hard biscuits.. she had the nerve to pawn 2 out ..again YUKKY…
I asked her name then , but she said she was one of the managers…Get an attitude adjustment and better customer service and quit lying about your nasty food!!!
Cook fresh food and remove that cold, warm, wimpy hotness ME SS!!!
Good bye POPEYES!!!
There are other options with no poor attitude!!!
