I'm not sure what is happening at this location but I've never gone to a taco bell that takes over 20 min to make orders. The lines here are always so long and I always feel so bad about it because the workers here are genuinely so kind/understanding, its obvious they're understaffed and overworked.

Generally my Taco Bell order is messed up due to an unreasonable amount of modifications I place on my Caliente Cantina Chicken Bowl with easy rice, add jalapeño, no guacamole, and no sour cream, but this location got it right!!! Waited for about five minutes and my whole family’s food was ready and correct! Good cleanliness and hot sauce selection. Also nice tables!

Food took way too long, which I assume it was because the beef wasn't ready yet and needed to be cooked because it was made well. However, no one at the window shared any information with us and we waited over ten minutes. And then our salsa wasn't in the bag. Just frustrating, inform your customers and have a more sincere apology.
