Dominos may be a chain, but this one in New Milford has heart! I frequently order from there and everything is always made right and almost always within the estimated time it says in the app. I'm hard-pressed to think of a time when they actually messed anything up on my order. The people there are great, always friendly and quick to help. Tonight James in particular was awesome. He went above and beyond, so shout-out to James, you're the man!
I have no complaints at all. The place is clean, the employees are polite and helpful, and both delivery and pickup have always been on time in my experience. Domino's pizza is what it is when it comes to the ingredients, but this location consistently does a great job with it.
This is the third time (or more) I’ve ordered from this Domino’s and my pizza has been wrong. I order online and pick up in-store, and every time there is some type of mistake—either the wrong pizza or incorrect ingredients, even when I clearly request changes.

Domino's Pizza serves delicious food, including great quality pizzas. While some employees may ignore special requests, the restaurant has a dedicated staff, particularly on special events like Trunk or Treat night, who work hard to provide excellent service. On a good day, the service can be more than 5 stars, with staff members like the new manager, Abdulla, showing kindness and attention to detail.
