“I want to take a moment to recognize an exceptional employee at Sonic—John. Every time I visit, he stands out for his attentiveness, professionalism, and especially his common sense—something that’s unfortunately rare these days.
One moment that really impressed me was when I ordered a simple drink. There was a line of cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, all waiting for their meals. Instead of making me wait behind them, John took the initiative to walk outside and personally hand me my drink. He didn’t have to do that, but he did—because he understands what good service means. That small action saved me time and showed that he genuinely cares about the customer experience.
John consistently goes the extra mile. Even though Sonic is considered a fast-food chain, he doesn’t treat the job or the establishment like it’s second-rate. He carries himself with the professionalism you’d expect at a high-end restaurant. When John is working, everything runs more smoothly—there’s a noticeable difference.
I truly hope John is the store manager, or that he’s on his way to becoming one. His efforts should not go unnoticed. I’m writing this review because I want Sonic’s headquarters to be aware of the kind of employee they have in him—and yes, I will be sending this directly to them as well. Employees like John make all the difference.“

“Delicious as usual and carnitas tasted very fresh as well as chips which werent overly salted. I asked for a bowl and when he put in one scoop just asked for extra carnitas which he gladly did without charging me for extra. When i got to the cashier it got chaotic because he was handling a lot of ppl at once and couldnt manage us and didnt complete my order until the other ppl completed theres so i had to wait. Didnt give me a receipt as well and also he said he coudlt give any change whcih was a lie because he did and when someone asked him to change a $50 bill he got quite angry and reluctantly did it. He didnt want to give change because he was lazy and he needs much more effeciency and patience. Moreover as usual chipotle was short on a lot of stuff. Not the best service but do recommend this location overall because it is convenient“

“Our experience at the Drive-Thru was phenomenal! We were met with a very kind worker who’s enthusiasm made our pit stop 10x happier and really helped make our trip more enjoyable. They were also very welcoming and accommodating when we asked for extra spoons and sauces. The food was good warm and out quick too which is always a plus.“
