“I’m a tenant in the 400 plus units at Abbey Woods - just a mile from the restaurant and definitely NOT in favor of your delivery policy.
I have to meet your driver 3 stories down at the front door because they will not come in the building to deliver/ your place is the restaurant in town that has this ridiculous idea of how to do business! It definitely affects me as to where I’m going to order from as I’m sure other tenants feel the same way.
Having said that - I think I just had the BEST meatball grinder that I’ve had in years.
I think I would use you more often if only you allowed your delivery folks to use the elevator 🤔🤔“

“We go to the location in Queensbury, New York for the gluten free sandwiches very often. We drive from 45 minutes away just to get the sandwiches so I think that says a lot! Nice staff, great store hours (open late). The area really needed a 24 hour store. It’s doing a lot for the community!“

The food is great but I am more impressed by the customer service, especially from a gentleman named Rob who I believe is the manager. He is super friendly and outgoing, and we end up talking for a while after I get my food. He is very easy going and accommodating and one of the reasons I keep going back.
