This place is good except when there is an evening manager that’s described as a Hispanic Female with long dark hair and usually in a bun. She doesn’t speak to her customers nicely, she always has dirty hands and each time the fries have had strands of hair in them! She is very rude as well!

Parking: Easy to park and get in and out of the car and into the building!Kid-friendliness: My grandson loves Burger King, or BK as we call it! ( : He loves to get two cheeseburgers when I take him, and they are always accommodating (true to their "have it your way" motto) with his request to just have cheese on his cheeseburger with the bun, nothing else! And his fries, of course! It is a special treat for him to go there and this grandma loves to oblige his requests. ( :

The female manager today 2/7/2024 said that she can't help me with a mobile deal because I couldn't order on the app as it was down. Wouldn't honor the $3 Wednesday Whopper and claimed others could order despite her associate saying it was down. She spoke to me briefly then walked away not even letting me finish my conversation with her. Awful service and will no longer come back to this location.

I've stopped at this location several times in 2023 as it's in my work travel area and. Normally, the service is pretty good but last night the kid working the drive thru window with green gloves on had the personality of someone that most folks would rather not deal with. The food wasn't bad and it was prepped right however the kid just seemed like he didn't want to be there.
