I love em’! It’s like you walk in and your family. You walk in and you get that type of experience. The food, pastries and everything they offer is delicious, I’ve been going with my father for years and years. Since Italy won the World Cup and I was a child. They are so good to you, and everything is delicious and consistent! Love em. Love em! My kiddo is super happy :)

It's not easy to place a cake order. The website doesn't list the cake flavors. I stopped in to get a cake flavor list and they said to call to get pricing. I called to get pricing on a Black & White Cheesecake (listed on the flavor list), and they didn't know what I was talking about.

Customer service was terrible ! Called to check the hours they were open, girl answered , told Me the time and hung up - then went In and the same nasty girl helped us (long straight hair in a pony tail) couldn’t believe the attitude on her - the lobster tail was stale - place is a joke - go elsewhere- I willNever give my money to this place again
