Great sandwiches, & even greater staff!
Picked up a quarter bone-in ham for Easter dinner. Very disappointed when I unwrapped it Easter morning to find the ham was dried out and dark in color as if it had been overcooked. Excited to try the crispy crust that it is so well known for only to have it look like darkened bark when I unwrapped it. I couldn't even properly warm it for my guests since it was already dried out. Would not recommend it especially on a holiday....
Corporate you need to retrain your employees as to the purpose of wearing gloves. Your employees are coming from the back room with gloves on then making sandwiches, and cashing people out with the same gloves on. People in the back answering phones with gloves on. Playing with their personal phones with gloves on. Teach them they need to change them if they touch anything else but food.
