My giant steak and cheese tonight was awful. š¢ It tasted dry like they forgot the mayo and I asked for double onions, no peppers. I could barely find onions on it. My steak also wasnāt chopped up. I havenāt had a steak and cheese from there in awhile but I remember it being way better than this. My giant Italian sub was good though!

Jersey mike is one of my favs , but the one in Newington is my least favorite. I'm not sure why but the women that work here are rude and have absolutely no personality!!!

First time going here and it will be my last. Especially for this location. I donāt know her name a male checked us out at the register but the receipt says ā Nataliaā. It was a dark skin woman with long braids that was up in a bun. She needs to learn how to speak with customers. Sheās rude and has no customer service skills. She definitely ruined my experience at this place. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Every time a customer walked in sheās talking over her co workers and being aggressive. Sometimes itās best to keep your mouth shut and do the work rather than talk. Let other people handle the customer service part that are good at it. I went on 08/03/2025 around 3:00pm. She needs to be trained in customer service or just make the sandwiches and stop speaking at this point. Her negative energy disgust me.
