I love their grinders, specially with oil and vinegar. The people are very friendly and they also help lots of charities.

Jersey mike is one of my favs , but the one in Newington is my least favorite. I'm not sure why but the women that work here are rude and have absolutely no personality!!!

First time going here and it will be my last. Especially for this location. I don’t know her name a male checked us out at the register but the receipt says “ Natalia”. It was a dark skin woman with long braids that was up in a bun. She needs to learn how to speak with customers. She’s rude and has no customer service skills. She definitely ruined my experience at this place. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Every time a customer walked in she’s talking over her co workers and being aggressive. Sometimes it’s best to keep your mouth shut and do the work rather than talk. Let other people handle the customer service part that are good at it. I went on 08/03/2025 around 3:00pm. She needs to be trained in customer service or just make the sandwiches and stop speaking at this point. Her negative energy disgust me.

This was my first time going, I used to be a Subway gal but after enjoying your Original Italian Sub with the works I only wish there was an option for black olives. But my overall experience was delicious and I’ll definitely be returning to the Newington location

I've been to this location a total of 3 times. 1st time was bad, 2nd time was ok and the 3rd time was awful. The problem really isn't the quality of the food, it's the entire process. Most of the staff were rude and unwelcoming.
$12+ for a regular sub is a joke. I don't know who is, but I wasn't even close to full from the regular. Topping selection is very limited and the sandwiches just fall apart when you eat them. The bread is so thin it's more like a flatbread than a sub.
The slicing of the meat in front of you is just a fancy gimmick to hide that fact that this place is just a more expensive Subway. Do yourself a favor, go to Dibellas in town and get way more sub for your money

Greeted upon walking in which is very nice since & was my first time at this location so I didn’t know where to pick up. The woman who greeted me kudos to her as they were pretty busy. The food is good, better than the food at CCSU.

Is it good? I guess it fills the occasional void. Overpriced, skimpy serving sizes, and often incorrect preparation. Asked for one type of bread, was given another. Steak serving was pitiful. Price tag was hefty.
