I've been to this location a total of 3 times. 1st time was bad, 2nd time was ok and the 3rd time was awful. The problem really isn't the quality of the food, it's the entire process. Most of the staff were rude and unwelcoming.

$12+ for a regular sub is a joke. I don't know who is, but I wasn't even close to full from the regular. Topping selection is very limited and the sandwiches just fall apart when you eat them. The bread is so thin it's more like a flatbread than a sub.

The slicing of the meat in front of you is just a fancy gimmick to hide that fact that this place is just a more expensive Subway. Do yourself a favor, go to Dibellas in town and get way more sub for your money

Greeted upon walking in which is very nice since & was my first time at this location so I didn’t know where to pick up. The woman who greeted me kudos to her as they were pretty busy. The food is good, better than the food at CCSU.

Is it good? I guess it fills the occasional void. Overpriced, skimpy serving sizes, and often incorrect preparation. Asked for one type of bread, was given another. Steak serving was pitiful. Price tag was hefty.

Ordered a buffalo chicken cheese steak and it was extremely sloppy, watery, and fell apart the moment it was picked up. Do better.

Employees really seem to have a hard time communicating with people or just have bad communication skills overall because the two times I've been there I waited more than 10 minutes for online orders that were already READY when I got there. Seven different bodies and no one could've take the initiative to grab the damn bag for me? That takes a literal second. And again, it happened TWICE. Negative first impression.

Ordered pickup tonight. It was ready on time and the order was just right! My girls (2 & 4) are both really picky but devoured their sandwiches (salami, cheese, tomato, pickles, mayo, and mustard) which is a testament to how good the ingredients are. They did not skimp on the toppings—in fact it was a little too much mustard for my wife’s liking but I enjoyed it.

A little pricy—we spent $50 but me and my wife are able to get 2 meals out of it. With that, it’s just a little more than going to fast food and it’s much higher quality.

Sandwiches as ordered and staff pleasant, it's worth the drive just for these reasons. The closest JMs to me can't seem to manage (see my previous review)- this store is obviously managed better.
