What is going in at the Stores location? None of the take out orders are right. Had to come back 2 min to pick up the rest of my order(my bad for not checking before I left) ugh!! Not sure I need hot haven chicken in my life again
Visited the Middletown ct restaurant. Clean , professional and outstanding southern chicken. The manger was awesome and was very friendly.
I tried Haven Hot Chicken for the first time today, ordered a Tendie Duo Combo Mild. I tried all three sauces and by far the sweet sauce is my favorite; completely changed the game for me when it comes to chicken and tenders at that! The tenders are just about 3oz a piece so juicy & crispy with the right amount of spice. But if you like them hot they have that option too! Haven Hot Chicken offers fresh, hot, crispy, non-greasy chicken. The chicken is great quality, with halal certification for premium, juicier meat. The Hot heat level has just right heat, though even the lowest spice level is spicy but tolerable. The banana pudding is great. Some found the Mac and cheese watery and the sauce should be thick, with forks nearly useless at grabbing noodles. A guest asked for no slaw on her sandwich but got it anyway. The ice in the soda fountain is generally a plus. Excellent customer service is a highlight, with staff like Niko being friendly, attentive, and treating the location with ownership mentality, and Sarah being sweet and kind. Tender sliders are juicy and crunchy. A good dining experience, with a perfect lunch option.
