I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this location was a bit disappointing. The coffee had a slightly burnt taste, wasn’t really hot, and sometimes had a weird aftertaste. Not the quality I expected. The service was decent, but the coffee itself just didn’t hit the mark.

This is a review for the Starbucks on Fenn road in Newington. We’ve gone many times and did not enjoy the customer experience but this time took the cake! And we walked out. We stood there for at least 2min without anyone greeting us and no one else was there. And the barista walked by us twice before rolling her eyes and mumbling something! I know SB is trying to accommodate everyone but the fact that we did not do a Mobil order and got out of our car instead of going through the drive thru doesn’t mean we should be ignored! I had a big order for a basketball team but instead we went to another location with better customer service!! And will not be back!

I think his name was Tristan? I'm not sure, but he was the rudest drive thru employee I have ever dealt with in my life. Will never return to this location.

This Starbucks location fell apart . I got a regular iced coffee BLACK and somehow it was still not made right . Two iced cubes and the taste was off . I don’t even ask to have it remade since the workers give you a weird look if you do . Will not be going here anymore .
Amazing place, haven't been to Starbucks in awhile.. we treated ourselves.. batista was patient and helped me with what I was craving. They were all kind and sweet.. definitely recommend them

A Starbucks is a Starbucks. You should get consistent service and, especially, consistent products. I went to his location earlier this week, ordered an iced shaken drink through the app, and received a cup full of ice all the way to the top, with very little of the actual drink. Frustrating for an almost $7 drink. The employees here could pay more attention to what they are doing, and the management can definitely monitor better their employees.
not happy with my experience today. at various starbucks i always get a Large / Venti iced coffee w/ cream, no sugar, and 3 pumps of SF Vanilla. The Barista seemed to be thrown off by this and said the sugar free vanilla is going to have sugar in it anyway. I was dumbfounded but proceeded to pick up my order. Indeed the coffee was loaded with sugar. Is their giant pitcher of iced coffee pre made with sugar? It's not like that at any other starbucks! And if it was she should have offered me an iced Americano. I took 3 sips and threw it out. I was already driving on the highway. I love starbucks but this was a bad experience.

Unfortunately Everytime we come tonthis location,the service isn't that great. Employees aren't very friendly,and a few are quite rude . Coffee is always good and fresh

I’m here regularly because I work in the plaza by it, also in food service, so I know how much it can suck. That out of the way, several employees here are just flat out mean. There are some that are great, but I’ve had enough uncomfortable experiences here that I won’t be returning even if it’s the closest Starbucks to my workplace. I have heard employees say downright nasty things about each other and other customers. The final straw for me was when I was in the other day an employee made some kind of a mistake entering in a customer’s drink order in the drive thru and the two employees at the espresso machines started outright talking about how stupid she was. I was one of probably 10 people gathered around waiting for drink orders. There’s just no reason for that. I don’t care how stressful the job is and really I get it. I don’t know what kind of management is letting an environment like this foster, but if you look at past reviews, it’s clearly been building for a long time.
