ilse coffee Reviews
I tried the latte walking through town today, it was sooooo good. I look forward to visiting again soon! Definitely check it out if you passing through town.
Absolutely delicious coffee! Highly recommend!
I’ve been coming here for several years now. Excellent coffee (always with a rotating selection of beans from around the world), beautiful bright space that fosters open convo with others but is also good to do work in, really passionate and warm owners who are typically behind the counter. They also sell a selection of carefully curated pantry items like niche, local chili oil, jams, and olive oils. Highly recommend!

Ilse Coffee roasts their own excellent coffee, with amazing selections and a roasting style that customers love. The packaging is a huge bonus, featuring colorful, fun boxes with info cards that include tasting notes, elevation, harvest date, and farm details. The space is warm, and the baristas are very friendly, offering an authentic barista experience. The espresso, pour overs, and mocha are absolutely on point to the descriptions. A hidden gem is a bagel counter run by Board Man Bagels, offering a rosemary bagel with cream cheese, chili crisp, and pickled onions that was the best bagel experience in decades. An Ethiopian filter coffee and a latte with Americano made with love and a decent crème are also highlights. The only minor fault is that pastries, like croissants and double chocolate cookies, are not baked on premises and can be flat or overly sweet.
