I went there thinking I was going to get a similar experience to the one in Cheshire, boy was I wrong. Put my food on the counter and didn’t call my number. Sat there for a while. They were out of a lot of bagels by 10:30. Also ordered the nova and received the smallest amount of Salmon I’ve ever seen and paid for. Won’t be returning to this one, unfortunately.
Let me start off by saying the bagels are out of this world 10/10. All of the sandwiches are fantastic so I do recommend stopping in if your hungry and have some time to kill….. which brings me to the negative aspect….. The service is extremely slow which is an understatement with 5 or 6 people working they should be a lot faster but yet I still come in because I love their bagels. Stopped in this morning for a Bagel. Has no affiliation with all the Bagelicious locations on Long Island NY. The bagel itself was crispy, I don’t think they boil and bake based on taste. I had everything bagel w Lox Cream Cheese. I did not taste or feel any lox in the spread.
The wait is a major problem. I waited over 12 min to make the bagel and only two people before me. I assume drive-thru takes priority.
