By far one of the worst Chick Fil A restaurants in CT. Ordered my family lunch 11/18, got home and we were missing a sandwich and my toddlers fries. Ok no big deal, whatever.. but it was when I called and they treated me absolutely awful, hung up on me 4 times and refused to give me a refund, wanted me to drive back or "put my name down for my missing items" for next time that I realized the level of customer service I was dealing with. We had a terrific experience there after my son’s baseball game. I believe the employee’s name was Petagaye that I would like to recognize. She is exactly what superior customer service should look like in the food industry. She was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive to the customers. What an asset to your team!
