Hour and 10 mins to get rolls! Then another 35 mins for to get salad with shrimp for an app and it comes out wrong. I get it kitchen is slow…. So that’s a management issue… hire enough people to work a restaurant the right way. Rest of dinner was really late and not all there. Kiosk to pay didn’t work then the receipt out front didn’t print…..TERRIBLE
this red lobster was less than enjoyable. our waitress was anything but pleasant. when paying on the keyosk she grabbed it from my daughter just as she was going to rate the service and pressed the skip option.
