I have never seen a better communicating and collaborating staff at a Dunkin Donuts. Everyone talking and helping each other. I appreciated the teamwork and experience was top notch

This place was outrageously busy. I ordered a hot latte, which was given to me ice cold, and an egg and cheese on an English with hashbrowns & a egg and cheese on croissant with hash browns, which both came out ok. The order took 22 minutes to be made. They asked me to pull around front so I wasn’t stopping traffic in their drive thru to wait for my order. After receiving my order and driving off, I discovered my latte was very cold and had to go back. When I went inside to the counter to inform them my latte was cold (like you could physically feel the cup was cold) they looked at me like I was a nuisance and snatched it out of my hand to remake it. When I got the new latte.. it was hot this time, but tasted like burnt espresso - super frustrating way to start the day

Sometimes the staff isn't too helpful. The gal that waited on me was very nice, but another staff member was in a grumpy mood and not pleasant at all. No smiles, nothing friendly about her.

The cashier who served me was rude, and rushing me..when I asked why she was told in such a hurry she said "I have the drive through too!" I noted there were 5 other employees behind the counter, and her final comment was " Just pay" I will not invest my money in Dunkin any longer
