If you are working in a food establishment NEVER come to work sick. This woman in the drive thru was coughing and sniffing her nose while taking my credit card and handing out my coffee. If I get sick, I will complain to them about it, I am not coming back to that location again. Treat your order it’s your own or like your cooking for your loved one. Working off minimum is NEVER an excuse to spread germs and treat your customers like trash.

I need to add a bulb to the enter sign because that is not lit up only the exit and when you're not from around here like myself end up going right past it. And you know the you're looking for the entrance yet at night you can't see the the enter sign because it's not lit up. That's terrible

I have been going here for YEARS. And i have so much to say. This location consistently goes downhill. Recently i continue to receive wrong drinks, RAW bacon, cold food, rude employees… considering they don’t respond to any reviews i have a feeling their management is terrible. They clearly don’t actually care about their customers or what they’re serving to them. I am actually in disbelief at how terrible they’ve become here. The managers are always rude, one woman specifically… it’s not our fault you decided to be a Dunkin manger as ur career. I don’t want to pay for shitty food and drinks, much less give money to the people that work there. I understand it’s difficult to work fast food service. But it’s TRULY not that hard to make a decent coffee and fully cooked food

I have never seen a better communicating and collaborating staff at a Dunkin Donuts. Everyone talking and helping each other. I appreciated the teamwork and experience was top notch
Spent 24 bucks on drinks then and asked for a cup for tap water. They charged a $1.50 for tap water. I could understand if I wasnt ording anything but not when I order 5 drinks.
