GG catered my (180 person) wedding reception on 9/16/23. I am so grateful for there service and expertise. They anticipated every need. Pivoted multiple times for things like an increased guest list, windy weather which caused our original set up plans to change, etc - and all of this on an island with nothing but a footbridge to carry supplies over. I purchased the ready-made meals to go on a Friday after work for a quick dinner. I had the salmon and jasmine rice, the salmon was perfect, the rice was very al dente, almost not edible. The kids had the sesame chicken with rice, and their's was perfect. The side veggies were a great addition to the meal, broccoli, and sweet potatoes.
